Public Notices * APPLICATION FOR RECREATION PERMIT (AMENDED NOTICE) NOTICE is hereby given that Mountain Guides New Zealand (Twizel) Ltd has applied to the Commissioner of Crown Lands. Department of Lands and Survey, Private Bag, Christchurch for a nonexclusive recreation permit pursuant to Section 66A of the Land Act 1948 to conduct hellskllng over occupied and unoccupied Crown land in the Ben Ohau Range in South Canterbury. The above activity was inadvertently omitted from the notice advertised on January 11, 1985 and January 18, 1985 where objections were called for heli-trekking and ski touring in the same locality. No objections were received for these activities and objections are now called for the heli-skiing activity only which must be lodged with the said Commissioner not later than Monday, March 25, 1985.
