Humes, Ltd, has bought all the issued capital■ of Globe Roof Tile Machines Proprietary, Ltd, and 66 per cent of the issued capital of Wanvale Proprietary, Ltd. The two companies, in Victoria, assemble and make electrical equipment and roofing tile plants for sale in Australia and overseas.
