Cottage sells for $73,250

A Sumner cottage designed by Samuel Hurst Seagar sold for $73,250 at auction on Thursday. The cottage is virtually in its original condition. It is on an 835 sq. m section at No. 2 The Spur, on the lower part of Clifton Hill.

The cottage includes a lounge, panelled livingroom, sunroom, four bedrooms and dining area. It includes a garage on Nayland Street.
