Rotoura’s new police head

PA Wellington Wellington’s deputy district police commander, Chief Superintendent J. F. Glynn, has been appointed commander of the Rotorua police district, New Zealands, fourth largest. Mr Glynn, who is 52, was appointed deputy district commander in Wellington last year. He will succeed Chief Superintendent P. S. Revell, who will retire after 40 years police service. A new Wellington deputy commander will be named soon.
