3ZM’s new announcer
Hit Radio 3ZM has appointed a new announcer to its prime-time 9 a.m. to noon slot.
She is Mary-Jane Tomasi (pictured), aged 26, who has presented the Dunedin regional television programme, “The South Tonight," for the last year.
Miss Tomasi is also an
announcer at radio 4ZB in Dunedin, and began her broadcasting career with Radio Sceniciand in Greymouth. She was selected from 16 applicants for the 3ZM job, including several from Australia.
Miss Tomasi will begin announcing for 3ZM in December.
