PA Wellington The hearing of 27 charges of misconduct against Edward Poulter Leary, of Auckland, was adjourned sine die by the law practitioners’ disciplinary tribunal in 'Wellington yesterday. No details of the charges brought by the Auckland District Law Society were given. The case has been ad-

joumed from October 1. The tribunal chairman, Dr G. P. Barton, said advice had been received of jurisdiction problems which would be heard at an appopriate forum. It would not be proper for the tribunal to proceed with the charges in the normal course, he said. The parties have to give 21 days notice for any subsequent hearing.
