Programme designed with family in mind
This Sunday, the Canterbury Car Club will celebrate 21 years of racing at its Ruapuna race circuit with the running of a special twenty-first anniversary meeting, organised in conjunction with the circuit promoters, Alroc Enterprises.
A wide variety of events has been organised for the day, including 11 “formal” races for the ever-popular Arbuckles O.S.C.A. class, pre-65 saloons, Formula Fords, Mini 7s and Karts.
There will also be races and demonstrations of the

A spokesman for Alroc Enterprises, Mr Alan Sherris, said that Alroc was keen to promote the family aspect of motor sport, and with this in mind; they are carrying out a I continuing programme of improvements to the spectator l facilities at the track. I Sunday’s programme has been designed with the I family in mind, Mr Sherris said.
