Scientists on the move
PA Wellington One of the biggest international research programmes -in Antarctica begins this week, according to the Antarctic Division of the D.S.I.R. It said that United States Navy Hercules will make six flights during the next three days to take New Zealand, German, and American scientists and equipment from McMurdc Station to Northern Victoria
