PA Wellington t The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr O’Flynn, has warned New Zealanders planning to travel to India to consider deferring their plans. “The reports we are receiving indicate that out-
breaks of violence and disturbances throughout the northern part of India, after the tragic assassination of Mrs Gandhi, are increasing,” said Mr O’Flynn. * He advised people going to India to consider deferring their travel until the situation was clearer. X
