BUILDING [AMD SERVICES lg™Fj ENGINEER Senior Professional . Appointment This newly created position arises from the reorganisation of our client’s engineering operations throughout New Zealand. It carries the responsibility for management of an engineering department servicing major commercial properties in Wellington and the South Island. The position is based in Wellington. The engineering field covers the operation and maintenance of air conditioning, central control and fire protection systems, lift installations, plumbing and electrical work and specialist building operations. The appointee will be responsible for planning and reporting on all building services, as well as managing a team of technicians, tradesmen and support staff, some of whom are based in Christchurch. The person we seek will hold a tertiary engineering qualification, with relevant experience in building services design and maintenance and preferably be about 3035 years of age. Proven administrative and managerial ability is also necessary. Promotional prospects are sound and a remuneration package around $35,000 per annum is envisaged.
