The managing director of National Consolidated, Ltd, Mr A. C. Dwyer, and the managing director of Email,- Ltd, Mr P. J. W. Cottrell, have announced that their companies have agreed on the formation of a major joint venture company to strengthen their substantial interests in Australia for the supply of components for the commercial refrigeration and airconditioning industries. At present, National Consolidated operates through its Luke Refrigeration Products division, and Email operates through F. C. Lovelock Proprietary, Ltd, and Kelvinator Commercial division.
