Golden Raddle results

Bryce Henderson, a ■drafter for the Canterbury Frozen Meat Company, based at Rangiora, won the Golden Raddle drafting competition for professional drafters at the recent Amberley Agricultural and Pastoral Association’s show.

Competitors had to estimate the G.R. measurement, carcase weight and wool weights of 12 lambs. The estimates were compared to the actual figures after the lambs were slaughtered. Entries totalled 140, including 93 in the class for fanners and the public.
