PERIOD OR PERIODS OF CLOSURE: Intermittently between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 1984. ALTERNATIVE PROVISION FOR ORDINARY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC: There is no alternative route, but officials of the Ashburton Car Club will arrange for the road to be opened between events to allow all traffic to proceed. It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road(s) for ordinary vehicular traffic during the perlod(s) of closure.
