Operations Auditor Fletcher Challenge Company ± $3O 000 + car + benefits Auckland This is a newly created position which offers promotion from the initial staff capacity to a line management role within a couple of years. The company is one of the top RO! performers in the Fletcher Challenge group, with some 800 employees and annual sales of $BO million from a diversity of operations NZ-wide. As well as implementing conventional internal audit functions throughout the company, to ensure the accounting/administrative/operating procedures and records meet the requirements for internal control and protection of assets, the appointee will be looked to for contributions/recommendations to improve the profitability of the business. There will be a significant amount of liaison with senior management, also with the project team currently designing new accounting and DP systems. Quite regular travel to most parts of the country will be required. Applicants must be qualified to at least ACA, well experienced in auditing, skilled in report preparation, naturally inclined to establish good relationships with people, and aged from about 27 years. A worthwhile period working in commerce/inaustry, preferably manufacturing, is desirable but not essential.
