Cars on fire after collision
Two cars caught fire in a three-car collision at a cen-tral-city intersection late, last evening. Five persons were injured in the accident, at the intersection of Hereford Street and Fitzgerald Avenue, al-
though four of them suffered only minor injuries. A youth, aged 17, was admitted to hospital with facial fractures and cuts. The accident happened at' 11 p.m. Three fire engines arrived soon after.
The two cars were moderately damaged by fire. An emergenccy tender was sent to the scene but it was not needed to extricate victims from their cars.
