Counselling urged for rapists
PA Gisborne The National Council of Women has called for effective counselling and therapy for rapists. ' The council’s annual conference at Gisborne called for the Minister of Justice to promote and fund additional New Zealand-based research on the causes of rape and on counselling and therapy. A remit submitted by the Y.W.C.A. was passed with no vote against it and only one abstention.
