Conception methods inquiry wanted
PA Gisborne A Commission of Inquiry on artificial human reproduction was called for. by the National Council of Women at its conference in Gisborne. The council wants a commission to be multi-discip-linary, and to include lay people, and in particular lay women. Its terms of reference should include determining the areas of technology which should be monitored and the composition of the monitoring committee.
The recommendations, included the monitoring of development and use of artificial human reproduction technology.
