Ostend on August 25 with a load of nuclear material i bound for the Soviet Union. 1 Greenpeace and Britain’s National Union of Seamen have issued a joint statement opposing the ocean shipment of 25,000 tonnes of plutonium from France to Japan, which Greenpeace says will take place svon.
