Witchdoctor to hang
NZPA-Reuter Pretoria A South African witchdoc- ;• tor has been sentenced to ; hang for killing his mistress and cutting parts from her Z body to make “good medicine”.
Malatji’s mistress was found under a tree with eight stab wounds. Her .throat had been cut and her ;heart, a breast, and her - private parts had been removed.
Malatji, aged 38, bad Eied not guilty. A PreSupreme Court judge has rejected his application for leave to appeal. Malatji told the court he had been misled by another witchdoctor “who told me to bring human flesh so he could teach me to make good medicine”.
