Applicants will preferably have experience in other financial markets, either as a dealer or in marketing financial services. Corporate Finance The Corporation offers a range of corporate services including underwriting, company flotations, local and offshore financing, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services. Applicants for a position in this area will preferably have experience in banking, accounting, law, or corporate finance with a stockbroker or public company. Candidates without relevant prior experience, but with a good academic record and experience in a commercial, industrial, government or professional environment, are encouraged to apply.
