Progressive management policies, good working conditions and up-to-date production facilities contribute to the maintenance of a stable production workforce of around 100. As a key member of the management team reporting to the Managing Director, the Production Manager would be responsible for staff motivation and control in meeting delivery deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Previous production management experience and a well developed understanding of garment construction, together with the interest and ability to keep abreast of new developments in plant technology are the key attributes sought in the appointee. The remuneration package, which includes a company car, will be arranged at a most attractive level.
