Public Notices TRANSPORT ACT 1962 ON application by the New Zealand Taxi Proprietors’ Federation Inc. the Secretary for Transport has, by Decision No 4702 prescribed Increases In single and dual tariff fares schedules in some localities throughout New Zealand after taking Into account the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 5A of the Price Freeze Regulations 1984. Any appeal against this decision must be lodged in accordance with the provisions of Section 153 of the Transport Act 1962, accompanied by the prescribed fee of $l6O with the Secretary, Transport Charges Appeal Authority, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington on or before September 28, 1984. TWIZEL MATERNITY HOSPITAL IN terms of section 55 of the Hospitals Act 1957, the Hospitals Advisory Council has appointed a two person committee to investigate the proposal by the South Canterbury Hospital Board to close the Twlzel Maternity Hospital.
