The position arises as a result of promotion within the Group and the appointee will be responsible to the Group General Manager, located in Auckland, for continuing the profitable performance of the complex. Applicants should have already demonstrated management capability and be experienced in the range of services such as are provided by Town House. The preferred age range is 30 to 45 years. An energetic and innovative manager who has the ability and interest to be actively Involved In day to day liaison with clientele, rather than as a back-room administrator, will find this opportunity of considerable appeal. The remuneration package, which includes use of a company car, will adequately reflect the Importance of the position to the company.
