Michael Yeoman, aged 19, of the Crippled Children Society, moves to intercept a pass from Matthew Sutherland, aged 11, of Christchurch, in a wheelchair basketball match at the Pioneer Stadium yesterday. Matthew was one of several able-bodied children who played in wheelchairs against handicapped children. The games were organised to give the able-bodied children some idea of the difficulties faced by disabled children.
