Really a dieter’s delight
For people interested In the high-fibre way to assist weight control, the problem is how to be sure of taking the recommended 55 grams of fibre every day — something which many s busy people may find impossible. For such people, and for anybody wanting to eat more fibre, dietary fibre tablets called Fibyrax provide a simple, convenient supplement that will make any diet a highfibre diet. Each Fibyrax tablet containes 80 per cent compressed natural fibre from fruit and bran, Including four kinds of fibre found in
nature: pectin; lignin; cellulose; and hemicellulose. That’s a far greater fibre content than such popular fibre-rich foods as baked beans and high-fibre breakfast cereals. Yet Fibyrax, with only 4.2 Kj (one calorie) in each fibre-packet tablet, is much lower in calories than either. It’s really a dieter’s delight — a weightcontrol aid with a calorie content that Is next to nothing. It helps take the edge off appetite, and is safe for everyone including children and those on salt or sugar-free diets.
