Bus service changes

The timetable of four Christchurch Transport. Board bus services and the site of two bus stops will be altered from Monday. Time changes affect the Wharenui, New Brighton, Governor’s Bay, and Lincoln services. The 2.40 p.m. Square to South Brighton week-day run will now arrive three minutes later, as will the Friday 6.05 p.m. Wharenui service’s Lincoln College to Square run.

The 7.35 a.m. Governor’s Bay to Square trip will leave Governor’s Bay — and subsequently Cass Bay and Lyttelton — five minutes earlier but will arrive in the Square at the usual time of 8.25 a.m. On. the Lincoln route, the

7.27 a.m. Springston School to Square service will leave a few minutes later. This will mean a later departure time from Lincoln College, Lincoln, and Prebbleton, but arrival time £

in the Square remains the same. The two bus stops being resited are the Dallington and Burwood stops. Dallington buses will, now leave from the Burwood stop in the Square, instead of from Worcester Street. Burwood buses will leave from the end of the nearby Wainoni bus stop.
