Cable car crash
A man, apparently bent on suicide, drove his car into a cable car crowded with tourists, killing himself and injuring 20 people The force of the crash knocked the antique cable car from its tracks and drove it down a steep hill where it crashed into two cars at an intersection.—San Francisco.
