Wolverhampton Karen Dawn Southwick, aged 22, walked down the aisle on Saturday to get married. Three hours later, Karen Dawn Southwick, aged 22, walked down the same ailse to be wed.
It was not the quickest bigamy on record, just a coincidence of two women, unrelated but with exactly the' - - -
same year, marrying in the same church on the same
day. The Rev. John Makepiece conducted both ceremonies at St Michael and All Angels’ Church in the industrial Midlands town of Wolverhampton. Karen No. 1 married Shawn James, aged 26, a lecturer. Karen No. 2 married Paul Whitehouse,
