GREEN, Samuel, of Resthaven and late of Leeston (World War I veteran) — On July 25, 1984, at Christchurch Hospital, dearly loved husband of the late Molly, loved father and father-in-law of Jim and Elsie, Colin and Hilda, Bruce and Margaret, Bevan and Mae, Ngarle and Walter Carter, Dennis and Pam and beloved granddad of his seventeen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; In his 94th year. No flowers, by request. The Funeral service will be held In the St Albans Salvation Army Citadel, Cranford Street, St Albans, on Monday, July 30, at 1230 p.m., Interment thereafter In the Ellesmere Public Cemetery.
