Although the company has enjoyed a good measure of success to HH| date through a production oriented approach it has been recognised that, with increasing diversification, a more sophisticated marketing approach ■ is required. In this respect, this appointment is seen as critical in terms of the continued development of the Marketing and Sales function within W the company. SH As a key member of the Management team the Marketing Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will have responsibility for U co-ordinating and directing staff in the sales area in addition to M involvement in forecasting, market research, pricing strategies and promotions. As a Senior Executive, the Marketing Manager will ■M participate in the direction and planning of further growth and will therefore, through the development of strong client relationships, become aware of the market's changing conditions and requirements. fl REQUIREMENTS: . ~ HI The person we are seeking will be in the 35-45 age range and will be able M to provide evidence of considerable experience in the marketing of high M volume products to both major distributors and manufacturers.
