Brother profit
The audited net profit of Brother Distributors, Ltd, for the year to March 31 was $177,547, not $117,547 as was incorrectly published in these pages on Tuesday. The company has clarified the announcement by directors of a cash renouncible issue of ordinary 50c shares. The issue will be made on a one-for-two ratio, and at a premium of $1.25. Applications will close on August 24.
