Balustrading adds finishing touches
Decorative and functional columns and balustrades,
popularised by the increasing trend towards existing home improvements and new home beautification, now show further development in New Zealand home use with the manufacture of Syzygy aluminium columns
and balustrades by Comalco.
Aluminium is particularly popular among home owners because it does not rust and requires only minimal maintenance, making Syzygy ideal for outdoor living areas, decks, patios and swimming pool fences,
which are attractive and functional.
Designed not only to look good, Syzygy’s new aluminium structural decorative columns can withstand a four-tonne weight, supporting roofs, staircases and balconies, while adding style and value to a home. The new Syzygy aluminium columns and balustrades just released through Comalco’s Aluminium Service Centre are now available in white or brown oxyplast powder coat, from aluminium distributors throughout New Zealand. Easily erected by builders and home handymen, the Syzygy balustrading system fits together on any surface, column or wall post, across uneven ground and at any desired spacing.
Just released on to the New Zealand home beautification market, aluminium balustrading is already finding high acceptance with home owners who see it as an attractive home improvement, increasing the value of their properties.
