NZPA-AFP Seoul A South Korean motionpicture company has decided to stop making an erotic film featuring Buddhist nuns after strong protests from the nation’s Buddhists.
The film company director told reporters that the suspension of the production incurred a $NZ385.000 financial loss.
The decision came a dav after 1200 Buddhist nun’s staged a day-long protest rally at a temple in Seoul and then demonstrated outside the courthouse where judges were deliberating a Buddhist request for an injunction to stop the film.
