A Wang VS computer Is Installed and distribution, manufacturing and accounting systems have been implemented. THE POSITION A project controller Is required to define, develop and Install new applications and enhancements to the existing data processing systems. A key aspect of the position is to act as data processing advisor to senior management In Tlmaru. Software development and support will be provided from an Auckland based team. THE PERSON Ideally we are seeking an experienced analyst/programmer who has had some project leadership experience and exposure to an on-line environment. A good working knowledge of COBOL Is needed and experience with Wang VS equipment would be an advantage. While good technical skills are required the ability to communicate at senior management level Is Important. Age Is flexible but a mature approach is essential.
