A glass-blown Model T Ford is completed by a craftsman at Lichfield Glass Sculptures in Britain. This is one of a series of ornamental vintage cars, which are intended for export. The company also manufactures glass models of ships, traction engines, and a limited edition of five State coaches. The models are encased in glass bottles. Founded by a scientific glass-blower, Mr Bert Cale, 12 years ago, the company now employs a team of craftsmen and has introduced modern tooling and new' burning techniques to meet the growing demand for the glass models.
