Rapist sent to prison
PA Wellington Nui Tepakanga Kunaiti, aged 17, a scrubcutter, was yesterday jailed for 18 months for an attempted rape at a Wellington house on November 11 last year. He appeared before the Chief Justice, Sir Ronald Davison, in the High Court at Wellington. Kunaiti had previously been found guilty of the offence.
