Sord’s lap computer

Sord has released its IS-11 “lap” computer on the New Zealand market It will sell in New Zealand for about $2200. Weighing just I.Bkg, the IS-11 has an eight-line LCD display, with 40 characters in a line. It includes a micro-cassette drive for storing files. The software for the IS-11 is built into Read Only Memory in the unit. It includes the Sord PIPS utility, graphics, word processing and communications.
