Soldiers ‘plan swoop’

NZPA-AAP Port Moresby Indonesian soldiers are camped just inside the Irian Jaya border, apparently preparing to launch a swoop for O.P.M. (Free West Papua) rebels, according to Papua New Guinea villagers. The 150 troops are said to be near the Papua New Guinea northern border villages of Wainda, Waris and Wasangela.
