COMMERCE ACT, 1975 (1) NOTICE is hereby given that a notice of appeal dated March 30 1984 has been filed with the Commerce Commission by certain bulk users of natural gas. The appeal Is against a decision dated March 16, 1984 by the Secretary of Energy approving the maximum price for natural gas sold by the Natural Gas Corporation to the Auckland Gas Company Limited and others. (2) NOTICE is further given that the Natural Gas Corporation and Ministry of Energy have questioned the Commission’s Jurisdiction to hear this appeal.
