Malvern wins shooting
Sydenham’s challenge for the Oaks shield fullbore shooting title against the holders, Malvern, on Saturday fell just short, with Malvern scraping home by a margin of nine inner bulls.
Malvern scored 805.75 to Sydenham’s 805.66 in the eightman coached shoot. It was contested in overcast conditions and in a light wind, over 300, 500, and 600
