China ventures
NZPA staff correspondent Hong Kong The Auckland trading company, Kelvin Industries, had negotiated the beginnings of several joint ventures between New Zealand companies and China, Kelvin’s managing director, Mr Victor Percival, said in Hong Kong this week.
Mr Percival, whose firm has been trading with China for 28 years, said on his return to Hong Kong after taking part in the 14-mem-ber trade delegation sponsored by the New Zealand China Trade Association, that his company was working on a number of joint venture proposals on behalf of New Zealand companies.
