New series starts tonight
Patricia Hodge is the star of “Jemima Shore Investigates,” starting on Two tonight. Jemima Shore is a young television reporter who is keen on the quiet life but always seems to find herself mixed up in some adventure or another — usually with criminals involved. The story begins with Jemima taking over a friend’s flat, seeking peace and solitude in which to write a book. However, it is not long before she is disturbed by a drunken Irishman and a murder.
