Veteran records set
Eight records were broken at the tenth Canterbury veterans track and field championships at Queen Elizabeth II Park on Sunday. It was the largest entry the veterans had had at their championships. The records broken, witn the old record in parentheses, were: Men.— M5O, 200 m John Kearns, 25.8 s (26.05).
