Interim order
PA Wellington An interim order restraining the Public Service Commissioners from releasing two documents to the “Evening Post” newspaper was granted by the Chief Justice, Sir Ronald Davidson, in chambers yesterday. The newspaper sought access under the Official Information Act to the weekly Public Service Official Circular and the annually revised Public Service Classification List in July last year.
A State Services Commission decision to refuse the request was overturned by the Chief Ombudsman last month.
