Sergeant Kim Dockley with a book of newspaper clippings and photographs recording the history of 489 Squardon, one of seven New Zealand squadrons that flew with the Royal Air Force in World War II. The squadron flew Beaulighters and was employed mainly on shipping raids in the Atlantic and in the flords of Norway. The book was given to the Royal New Zealand Air Force Museum at Wigram recently by the surviving members of the squadron.
