Winding-up approved
PA Auckland Approval for the winding up of R. J. La Varis, Ltd, owned by Mr Ramon La Varis, a former National member of Parliament for Taupo, was granted in the High Court at Auckland yesterday. The Official Assignee at Auckland was appointed provisional liquidator. The winding-up, sought by a Taupo solicitor, Mr James Witten-Hannah, was granted by Mr Justice Prichard.
