W. Horton issue
PA Auckland Wilson and Horton, Ltd, the publisher of the “New Zealand Herald,” will make a one-for-four bonus share issue. The directors said yesterday they expected to maintain the annual dividend rate of 24c a share. The new shares, to rank pari passu with existing shares, will qualify for the final dividend for 1983-84. In the allotment of the new shares, fractions will be disregarded, the company said.
