Tolley purchase
Tolley Industries, Ltd, the trading subsidiary of Tolley Holdings, Ltd, has bought the Auckland electrical switchgear manufacturer, S. Gordon Anderson, Ltd, Tolley announced in a statement. Tolley Industries already makes and distributes switchgear, transformers, cables, and other electrical equipment. S. Gordon Anderson will continue to trade under its own name in New Zealand and overseas. It successfully makes its own designs of equipment as well as licensed manufacture of switchgear.
