The position of Chief Executive arises through retirement and the incumbent’s key objective is to plan, lead, organise, and control group resources through an experienced senior team to ensure continuing growth and profitability. We are seeking applications from senior executives with broad management experience, not necessarily in the meat industry. Importantly, the requirecf attributes include pronounced leadership skills, excellence in communications, strategic skills, and commercial flair. The incumbent will, as a matter of course, become involved in industry affairs and government contacts as well as overseas representation, and must possess the confidence required to act effectively at this level.
