N.Z. fencer recovers
NZPA-AFP Paris Martin Brill, the New Zealand fencer injured two weeks ago when his opponent’s blade broke and lodged between his ribs during the Monal Challenge competi-
tion in Paris, has left hospital and is already back in training. Dominique Poux, the French fencing team doctor, said of Brill’s recovery: “He could return to competition in three weeks.”
